Academic Intelligence Internship

Build the academic knowledge system behind an AI-driven learning product made for KTU students.

This is not a materials-collection internship

You won't be forwarding PDFs in a group chat. You'll create, organize, validate and improve the academic knowledge that a real education product runs on.

QUED Metrics

Building intelligent solutions
for the future of learning.

QUED Metrics is an AI-driven technology startup building intelligent academic solutions that transform the way students learn, understand, and interact with educational content.

We combine technology, structured academic knowledge, and research-driven workflows to create smarter learning experiences for KTU students.

Our vision is simple: make academic knowledge more organized, accessible, and meaningful.

The Work

Four connected streams.

Each one feeds the academic knowledge base the product is built on.

Foundation

Academic Research

Research curriculum-aligned academic resources and build a reliable knowledge foundation.

  • Understand KTU syllabus and module structure.
  • Research concepts from trusted academic sources.
  • Organize subject-wise learning resources.

Content

Knowledge Development

Convert complex academic content into structured, student-friendly resources.

  • Prepare module-wise notes.
  • Create concise concept explanations.
  • Develop question-and-answer resources.
  • Structure content according to the syllabus.

Quality

Academic Validation

Ensure every resource meets quality and syllabus standards before it reaches a student.

  • Identify missing topics.
  • Verify syllabus alignment.
  • Remove duplicate or incorrect content.
  • Improve overall content quality.

Process

Team Collaboration

Work inside a professional technology workflow, not an informal group chat.

  • Documentation and review process.
  • Collaborative content development.
  • Git and GitHub version control.
  • Structured project management.

How the work flows

From a syllabus line
to something a student uses.

  1. Research
  2. Structure
  3. Create
  4. Review
  5. Validate
  6. Commit
  7. Build

Every contribution strengthens a growing academic knowledge system designed for students. Your research. Your analysis. Your attention to detail.

This is an unpaid learning-focused internship. What you receive is an internship certificate, real product experience, and performance-based opportunities within QUED Metrics as the team grows.

Around 6–8 hours a week, scheduled by you. The work is asynchronous and deadline-based rather than hour-based, so it fits around classes and labs.

No. This is an academic research and content role. You need curiosity, care with detail, and willingness to learn professional workflows. We'll teach you the Git and GitHub basics you need — that's part of what you gain.

All KTU engineering branches, any semester. Students who have already completed the subjects they'll be working on tend to move fastest, but it isn't a requirement.

Yes. Certificates are issued by QUED Metrics on completion, and your contributions are recorded in the project's version history — so the work behind the certificate is verifiable, not just claimed.

Tell us in advance and we'll pause your assignments. We'd rather you step away for two weeks and come back than disappear mid-task — the whole point of the workflow is that work is visible and handover is clean.

Fill in the application form. Shortlisted applicants are contacted over email for a short conversation about interests and availability, then onboarded into the Academic Team with a first assignment.
